📌 Þjónustuskilmálar (Terms of Service)

1. Almenn skilmálar

Með því að nota síðuna samþykkir þú þessa skilmála.

2. Vörur og pantanir

  • Vörur eru seldar eingöngu til einstaklinga 18 ára og eldri.

  • Allar pantanir eru háðar staðfestingu og birgðastöðu.

  • Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að hafna eða hætta við pöntun ef rangar eða villandi upplýsingar eru gefnar.

3. Verð og greiðslur

  • Allar upphæðir eru í íslenskum krónum (ISK) nema annað sé tekið fram.

  • Við tökum við helstu greiðslukortum og öruggum greiðslum í gegnum Shopify Payments.

  • Verð getur breyst án fyrirvara.

4. Afhending og sendingar

  • Pantanir eru venjulega afgreiddar innan [X] virkra daga.

  • Frí sending er veitt ef verslað er fyrir 20.000 kr. eða meira.

  • Við berum ekki ábyrgð á töfum sem verða vegna flutningsaðila.

5. Skilaréttur og endurgreiðslur

  • Samkvæmt lögum nr. 48/2003 um neytendakaup áttu rétt á að falla frá kaupsamningi innan 14 daga frá móttöku vöru.

  • Skilaréttur gildir aðeins ef varan er ónotuð, óopnuð og í upprunalegum umbúðum.

  • Viðskiptavinur greiðir sendingarkostnað við skil.

  • Endurgreiðsla fer fram innan 14 daga frá því að varan berst til baka, með sama greiðslumáta og notaður var við kaupin.

6. Takmarkanir á ábyrgð

  • Við berum ekki ábyrgð á tjóni sem hlýst af röngum eða óviðeigandi notkun á vörunni.

  • Vörurnar eru eingöngu markaðssettar sem ilmefni (aroma products) og ekki ætlaðar til inntöku eða innöndunar.

7. Breytingar á skilmálum

Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að breyta þessum skilmálum hvenær sem er. Breytingar taka gildi við birtingu á síðunni.

📌 Skilareglur (Refund Policy)

Við viljum tryggja ánægju viðskiptavina. Samkvæmt íslenskum neytendalögum (nr. 48/2003) áttu rétt á að skila vöru innan 14 daga frá móttöku.

  • Varan verður að vera óopnuð, ónotuð og í upprunalegum umbúðum.

  • Viðskiptavinur greiðir sendingarkostnað vegna skilanna.

  • Endurgreiðsla fer fram með sama greiðslumáta og notaður var við kaupin innan 14 daga frá móttöku skilanna.

  • Ef varan er gölluð eða röng vara send, greiðum við allan kostnað vegna skilanna.

📌 Persónuverndarstefna (Privacy Policy)

Við leggjum mikla áherslu á öryggi og persónuvernd viðskiptavina.

Söfnun gagna

Við söfnum aðeins þeim upplýsingum sem nauðsynlegar eru til að afgreiða pantanir: nafn, heimilisfang, netfang og greiðsluupplýsingar.

Notkun gagna

Gögn eru notuð til að:

  • Afhenda pöntun og veita þjónustu.

  • Senda staðfestingar og tilkynningar um pantanir.

  • Bæta þjónustu og rekstur vefsíðunnar.

Geymsla gagna

Gögn eru varðveitt í samræmi við lög nr. 90/2018 um persónuvernd og vinnslu persónuupplýsinga (GDPR).

Deiling gagna

Við deilum aldrei upplýsingum við þriðja aðila nema til að uppfylla pöntun (t.d. með flutningsaðila) eða ef lög krefjast.

Réttindi viðskiptavina

2. Products and Orders

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

  • All prices are listed in Icelandic Krona (ISK) unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit cards and secure payments via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery
